Join our dynamic team and enjoy the flexibility of remote work!
The Treasury Facility Analyst is essential for ensuring timely funding of loans onto warehouse facilities while meticulously tracking cash movements from warehouse advances to final settlement. This position requires adherence to the company's policies and procedures as well as all applicable US state and federal laws and regulations. The target pay range for this position is $25.24 - $31.25 an hour.
Your responsibilities will include :
Creating and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly data reports using Excel for both internal and external stakeholders.
Analyzing results to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Preparing and processing funding requests with Warehouse Facilities.
Reconciling changes in warehouse advance facility balances with corresponding haircut accounts.
Ensuring timely remittance of upfront funding fees to the insuring agency.
Performing other duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications :
A high school diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
1 to 3 years of experience in Warehouse Advance Facility or New Loan Origination is essential.
