Job Description
Job Description
The Treasury Services Specialist will work directly with high-value Treasury Services clients to manage the implementation, training, maintenance, lead servicing, and service process of Treasury products. This role will work closely with the Treasury Services Manager and internal partners to drive revenue generation. It will also act as an escalation point for error resolution and troubleshooting significant issues of high-risk or value.
Essential Job Functions
- Responsible for completion of Treasury onboarding forms and ensure that contracted services are implemented accurately
- Execute setup of services in bank core systems and third-party applications
- Solves for file format issues with file upload / download for many payment applications that integrate into the clients accounting system
- Serves as a back-up for new client onboarding
- Individually responsible for the quality and timeliness of all deliverables
- Provide a best-in-class client experience, while managing internal and external client expectations
- Establish and maintain a high-level of credibility with internal partners and clients
- Conducts in person and / or remote training as well as assist in hardware / software implementations for Treasury Services Clients
- Complete annual remote deposit capture audits
- Perform post-implementation billing validation
- Ensure client service deliverables are achieved and holds partners accountable by managing issues, escalations, and error resolution
- Serves as an escalation point for error resolution
- Act as a liaison between client and operations departments of the bank
- Maintain strong working knowledge of bank products / procedures, regulatory requirements and industry best practices though continuing internal and external training
- Lead / participate in testing and special projects as needed
