Treasury Analyst Kansas City Metro | Fully Onsite Full-Time | Direct Hire | up to $70,000 annually LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a client who is seeking a detail?oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to join the Finance team. In this role, you will support daily cash management activities, optimize liquidity, analyze financial data, and assist in maintaining strong banking relationships. This position plays a key part in ensuring the organization's cash flow health and overall financial stability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Monitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient liquidity across accounts
- Prepare and maintain short? and long?term cash flow forecasts
- Execute and track treasury transactions, including wires, ACH, FX trades, and intercompany transfers
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Support treasury system maintenance and process improvements
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements
- Analyze bank fees, credit facilities, and investment performance
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external banking partners
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
QUALIFICATIONS :
Pay Details : $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
