This position supervises the receiving, sorting, counting and depositing of operating revenue, passes and 10-ride tickets and is responsible for reconciling daily and monthly revenue reports.
Duties & Responsibilities :
ESSENTIAL :
- Recruits staff to include interviewing, hiring, assigning work, training, coaching, and counseling ensuring consistent application of Employee Guidelines, processes, and procedures. Conducts performance reviews, and holds employees accountable for optimal performance of their responsibilities.
- Oversees the servicing of vending equipment and internal accounting control procedures and tracking.
- Oversees the operation of money counting equipment, schedules and ensures proper maintenance and repair.
- Counts, verifies and signs for Farebox revenue and supervises and verifies sorting, counting, and depositing of revenues. Completes audit trail documentation.
- Monitors and enforces security policies and procedures, evaluates security measures and recommends security improvements.

Pay Range : 77, - $109, Annual
