Job Summary
The primary purpose of Analyst, Treasury Reporting role is to assist with the preparation of the cash forecast, daily cash positioning, week / month / quarter / year end reporting, ad-hoc reporting / analysis and business unit support across the enterprise with a strong focus on continuous process improvement. Frequent independent judgements are essential.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze the daily cash positioning to ensure adequate liquidity, identify proper approval for transactions, and approve appropriate EFT transactions.
- Prepare, maintain and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting with supporting documentation / variance explanations
- Prepare, maintain and distribute a daily, near-term cash model.
- Build and maintain Microsoft Access databases to assist in standard reporting, forecasting and frequent ad-hoc management requests.
- Analyze financial patterns and make projections for income and expenses, as well as assist in the development of investment strategies.
- Ensure all requests for renewal or changes to certificates of insurance are processed and delivered timely.
- Review vendor setups for appropriate terms and coordinate collection of necessary EFT documents.
- Coordinate with all internal finance, accounting and accounts departments to ensure correct money management.
- Daily administration of investments and debt obligations to ensure adequate funding. Research, analyze and resolve general Treasury inquiries.

Compensation
The typical starting pay range for this position is between $60,000 to $85,000 annually, although compensation can vary based on experience and geography.
