We are looking for a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team in Carmel, Indiana. This long-term contract position involves coordinating customer order fulfillment, ensuring smooth communication with clients, trucking vendors, and drivers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment while maintaining accuracy and upholding high customer service standards.

Responsibilities :

• Issue weight and product tickets accurately at the scale house.
• Collaborate with trucking vendors to schedule and manage truck assignments efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with truck drivers to confirm destinations and materials being transported.
• Work closely with team members to ensure the accuracy of tickets and delivery orders.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in tickets, documenting findings appropriately.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with the company's values and expectations.
• Perform related duties and tasks as needed to support departmental operations.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, including MS Office, CRM platforms, and JD Edwards is preferred
• Strong ability to maintain accurate records.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and team members.
• Skilled in answering inbound calls and providing thorough assistance.
• A detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in documentation and ticketing.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
