Location : 100% REMOTE (but preference is for candidates in the McLean, or Richmond, VA).

Metrics they’ll be measuring : How does Capital One measure successes from an engineering standpoint, etc.
Side of the desk type of project
Creating a dashboard where will they be displaying data for consumer products and getting insights – Can be used by Cap One leadership to grow and develop
Not business focused, rather internal Capital One employee focused
Mostly for internal learning development
AWS, Quicksite have been basic
Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools) :
4-7 years of UI / UX experience
React experience for the front end
Will be doing interviews with leadership and engineers, navigating those conversations
Creating user flows and wire-frames, getting end-to-end feedback
No specific tools, can use any tool for wireframing
Nice-to-Haves (Concepts & Tools) :
Does not need banking experience, but a nice to have
