Job descriptionProven experience (5+ years) as a UI / UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on applications demonstrating well designed user interfaces. Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Figma AI features, etc.) and familiarity with incorporating AI insights into the design process. Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders. Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus but not required. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, computer science, or a related field

As a UI / UX Designer at TapClicks, you'll play a critical role in shaping the user experience across our product portfolio. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, to deliver designs that are intuitive, visually appealing, and optimized for seamless usability. Leveraging AI-powered tools and techniques , you will enhance our design processes and create experiences that are not only innovative but also smarter and more responsive to user needs.
Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end design processes, from user research and wireframing to creating high-fidelity prototypes and polished UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Integrate AI-driven insights and tools to streamline the design process, enhance decision-making, and improve user experiences.
- Design intuitive user experiences that enhance usability, accessibility, and engagement across our core platform.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to implement designs that align with business goals and technical requirements.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and refine designs.
- Create and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across products.
- Establish and promote design and typography style guidelines, best practices and standards
- Use data and analytics, including AI-based user behavior insights, to inform design decisions and iteratively improve the user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices in UI / UX design, and advancements in AI technology to bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the table.
