Job Description

As a User Experience (UX) / User Interface (UI) Designer, you are responsible for applying humanity-centered design principles to create engaging products. Discovery and analysis influence your designs so our products are accessible, seamless, and delightful. This role partners closely with UX peers, product owners, analysts, and developers. You understand best practices for web, Android, and iOS apps. You consistently balance user needs, technical constraints, business goals, and brand personality.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• You will design digital experiences that comply with enterprise digital design system, brand guidelines, and UX best practices for web and mobile apps.
• You will research and analyze problems and user behaviors to incorporate findings in design recommendations.
• You will work with a humanity-centered design team that supports multiple product teams with differing services and users.
• You will need to adhere to accessibility and inclusive design best practices.
• You will need to utilize interpersonal skills to collaborate with peers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, user-friendly products.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through the completion of an Associate’s Degree or 2+ years of related experience in UX, UI, Digital Design, or a related field.
