Sales, Account Manager Cardiovascular Ultrasound (Michigan)

As a Sales, Account Manager CV Ultrasound, you will develop and drive credible and productive long-term relations with customers by understanding their business needs and providing tailored value propositions, being the orchestrator of the relationships with all of the accounts within the territory.

Your role :

• Build and maintain effective relationships with the customer at all levels in the buying organization and Philips team.
• Understand customer requirements and provide solutions in a consultative way while meeting their needs.
• Develop and own strategies for customers within assigned territory that will achieve business growth targets.
• Negotiate solutions and close deals by reaching agreements with mutual satisfaction to Customers and Philips.
• Once an order is closed, continue communication with the customer to ensure high customer satisfaction while addressing any concerns.
• Ensure order processing, architectural service, construction, and shipment schedules to equipment installation are orderly and timely by communicating with logistics and project managers.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations. This is a field role.

Philips Transparency Details :

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $204,000 to $258,000 annually, plus company fleet / car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
