South & Western seeks an Underwriter Technician to join our Personal Lines team in Addison, TX. Reporting to a manager, individual whose primary responsibilities involve performing administrative and clerical functions as liaison or assistant to managers or other departmental personnel.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

• Provide clerical and administrative support to a specific department.
• Process data and generate routine reports regarding results, earnings, or conditions.
• Maintain office records, files, and calendars.
• Answer questions about the organization's products and services to assist in customer service functions.
• Operate a personal computer and appropriate software packages or their equivalent.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
