Job description
A company is looking for an Underwriter to manage loans through final credit approval in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Underwrite multiple mortgage loan products in compliance with credit guidelines and regulatory requirements
Review loan files for completeness and generate condition lists for applicants
Collaborate with loan analysts and sales personnel to complete credit analysis in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Experience : 3+ years in residential mortgage lending with knowledge of lending regulations and credit analysis
Experience with underwriting or processing fix & flip hard money loans is a plus
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing business environment
PC proficiency at the intermediate level and comfort with new technology systems
