WCF Insurance, an "A" rated carrier growing throughout the western states, has an immediate opening for an Underwriting Account Manager to join the Underwriting Support team at our Meridian, Idaho office. We are looking for someone who embodies WCF's core values: doing the right thing, being great at your job, and helping others succeed.
This full-time, hourly position offers the opportunity for hybrid work after the training period is complete. Tuesday through Thursday are required in-office weekly, and additional days may be required under special circumstances. Daily working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM.
The most qualified candidate will have:
An internal candidate should have six months in their current position, acceptable job performance, and must notify their current supervisor that they have applied for the position.
Compensation
The hourly wage for this position is expected to fall between $24.50 and $27.00 based upon individual experience and education.

Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, company paid life insurance, 401K with a generous 6% employer match and additional benefits such as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and time off to volunteer in the local community. All employees earn 4 weeks of vacation in their first year.
