As our District Vice President, you will successfully drive the total business operations (including sales and operations for both service and construction business lines) for your geography while working in collaboration with your reports, customers and colleagues. Your mission is to promote a positive culture surrounded by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.

You will bring 7+ years of progressive and successful leadership experience with relevant service expertise in a consultative selling environment as well as leading a union represented workforce. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor's degree or 10+ years of experience in a related industry in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

The hiring range for this role in the Marietta, GA, Miramar, FL, Charlotte, NC, Birmingham, AL, Garner, NC, Jacksonville, FL, New Orleans, LA, and Tampa, FL locations is $243,000.00 $318,885.00. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

We will also consider candidates in the following areas. Below are the different ranges applicable to those locations:

• Orlando, FL, Spanish Fort, AL, and Baton Rouge, LA area hiring range: $230,900.00 - $303,030.00

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 30% Target Incentive, based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
