Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, forms, and correspondence.
• Prepare and file court documents (state and federal) using various e-filing platforms.
• Coordinate with court clerks on local rules and courtesy copies.
• Create and organize hearing and exhibit binders for attorneys.
• Manage attorney calendars, scheduling hearings, meetings, and conference calls.
• Assist with travel arrangements and process expense reimbursements.
• Prepare time entries, manage files, and monitor due dates for invoices.
• Organize trial logistics, including ordering court reporters and audiovisual equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive firm and client data.
• Support off-site trials and arbitrations as needed.
