The Vice President of Engineering will spearhead the technology strategy and lead engineering and product development efforts to support business growth and operational excellence. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role will focus on driving innovation, optimizing product design, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The VP of Engineering will build and mentor a high-performing team while fostering partnerships to enhance technical capabilities.

  • Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to optimize product design for seamless production and market success.
  • Establish partnerships with academic institutions, suppliers, and industry leaders to stay at the forefront of technological advancements.
  • Ensure all products and processes comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.

    • Skill Set :

  • 15+ years of experience in advanced technology, engineering, and product development within a global organization.
  • Proven track record in leading and mentoring engineering teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Advanced degree in Engineering (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred), with expertise in mechanical, fluid mechanics, or process engineering disciplines.
  • Extensive experience in HVAC and refrigeration technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and proactive engagement with industry bodies.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on resource optimization and financial planning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
