About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Institutional Sales in the West South Central region. The successful candidate will be a key member of the sales team, with a primary focus on selling institutional investment management services to various client segments, including public and corporate pension plans, endowments, and foundations. The role involves direct client engagement to increase assets under management across a range of asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and alternatives. The VP will be responsible for organizing and expanding a successful marketing and sales strategy, representing the firm as an ambassador for all investment platforms, and effectively communicating the investment philosophy and performance to prospective clients. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in an institutional sales role within an investment management firm, with a proven track record of raising assets and a strong network of client contacts in the region. The role requires excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, as well as the ability to work closely with a team of professionals in the institutional business. The ideal candidate will be a leader with the ability to influence and communicate effectively, both internally and externally, and will be committed to the highest ethical standards.
