Experience in developing solutions with Health Plan & PBM staff. Proven experience in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement within a product management team. Excellent communication skills, executive presence and collaborative approach to build cross-functional relationships and engage effectively with senior leaders and strategic customers. An inquisitive, problem-solving mindset. Data-driven with intellectual curiosity, a predisposition to explore and learn, acquire data and create and test hypotheses across different verticals and industries. An ability to distil key information from extensive research; ability to argue, summarize, and illustrate analyses in a presentation format; ability to make the complex simple. Experience crafting executive briefings for senior leaders, demonstrating superb presentation skills. The Vice President, Product Management will facilitate the development of the product strategy, detailed planning, and flawless execution for a subset of our comprehensive suite of healthcare platforms, innovative solutions, and population health programs. This role is pivotal in enabling innovation and growth, and the market expansion of our offerings. This high-impact position requires healthcare and claims processing experience, as well as product life cycle and people management.
