LPA is seeking a passionate Administrative Specialist to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects and master planners. Our Irvine studio is continuing to grow, and you'll have the opportunity to be a central part of our expansion. What you will do :
- Receive and direct visitors and clients
- Provide front desk coverage and support to the Receptionist
- Manage general office areas and conference rooms
- General clerical duties including photocopying, mailing; opening, sorting, organizing and distributing incoming correspondence
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Fielding telephone calls, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing
- Arrange and schedule travel for staff company-wide - potentially
- Help moderate firmwide meetings via Microsoft Teams - potentially
- Coordinate client and office events throughout the year
- Coordinate catering and food for events, meetings, etc.
- Assist with company and contact management in Microsoft Dynamics software

The salary range for this position is $52,000 - $80,000 and is eligible for an annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and / or project complexity. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
