We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives in complexity, communicates clearly, and is passionate about turning high-level ideas into beautifully executed product experiences. You’ll work on a range of challenges — from redesigning legacy systems to building new products from the ground up. Many of these products are AI-driven and dashboard-intensive, with complex user flows and high visibility. Collaboration is key : you’ll work closely with stakeholders, senior partners, and a skilled team of designers, researchers, and engineers. What You’ll Do : Lead product design for highly complex, enterprise-grade applications, including AI and dashboard-focused tools. Drive end-to-end UX design from discovery through delivery — user research, wireframes, prototyping, visual design, and validation. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and senior stakeholders to ensure design quality and product alignment. Work on a wide variety of products — 20+ across several verticals — each with distinct challenges and opportunities. Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture and process maturity across the organization. What You Bring : ~5+ years of experience designing complex B2B or enterprise software ~ Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ~ Strong background in UX design, research methodologies, and systems thinking ~ Experience working in or around the AI space is a plus ~ Portfolio showcasing complex user flows and dashboard design
