Join our team as a Senior End-User Support Engineer, where you'll play a critical role in transforming laboratory IT infrastructure to support cutting-edge scientific research.
This position offers the opportunity to provide Level 3 technical expertise while driving digital innovation in laboratory operations. You'll be at the forefront of implementing advanced solutions that directly impact scientific productivity and patient outcomes.
Please note that this position is temporary.
Responsibilities
Provide Level 3 technical support and operational management for laboratory IT infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to lab systems, hardware, and software
Collaborate with scientists, facilities, and IT teams to deliver new laboratory systems and upgrades
Maintain and update Inventory / CMDB for all lab IT assets
Work closely with vendors and remote support teams to ensure high availability of lab solutions
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
Ensure compliance with IT service delivery standards and business requirements
Requirements
Deploy & Upgrade Operating Systems (OS) expertise
Infrastructure support experience (general IT infrastructure)
Windows 11 proficiency
Bash scripting capabilities
PowerShell scripting skills
Proven Level 3 IT infrastructure and operations support experience
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem resolution background
IT service delivery and vendor management experience
