Conduct comprehensive market research to identify commercial construction trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Analyze data on market size, growth potential, and demand for construction services in various segments.
Assess the impact of economic, regulatory, and environmental factors in the construction industry.
Develop annual sustainability reports.

Data Collection and Reporting :

Compile and organize data into comprehensive reports, charts, and presentations.

Present research findings to internal teams and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Industry Trends :

Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in commercial construction.

Monitor changes in regulations and standards affecting the industry.

Provide insights on how the company can adapt to industry shifts.

Strategic Planning :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine business strategies.

Provide data-driven recommendations for market entry, expansion, and diversification.

Assist in setting long-term goals and objectives based on market research findings.

Request for Proposals :

Coordination of all RFP components including branding, content and presentation.

Collaborate with pre-construction and operation teams for project implementation plan.

Work closely with marketing, pre-construction and operation teams to align strategies.
