Role and Missions What You Will Do
We are seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our Growth & UA team. In this pivotal role, you will lead our User Acquisition strategy for multiple mobile game titles (casual and hybrid casual), driving user growth and retention while optimizing our advertising spend.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include :
- Developing and executing data-driven user acquisition strategies across all major platforms (including social networks, ad / SDK networks, etc.)
- Managing and optimizing user acquisition campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and install volume.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (creative, product, and analytics) to develop compelling ad creatives and optimize conversion rates.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of UA performance, competitor research, and industry trends to guide campaign strategies.
- Managing relationships with external partners and ad networks to enhance UA strategy and performance.
- Maintaining comprehensive reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and inform strategic decisions.
