Qualifications :
MA / MS Degree in Geology / Hydrology with minimum additional experience of 30 year(s) in Geology / Hydrology OR Previously completed training in Indirect Measurements-Hawaii
- Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS Outlook
Duties :
The position involves serving as a technical specialist for surface and groundwater programs, focusing on the review, audit, and quality assurance of hydrologic records and time-series data to ensure accurate information that supports water resource management and public safety. The hydrologist will provide expert guidance on indirect flow measurement techniques while mentoring junior staff to maintain program continuity and build institutional capacity.
