Who we are looking for :
We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Senior Experience Strategist to join our team of experience design leaders. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, operational excellence, and hands-on collaboration. As a Senior Experience Strategist, you will drive transformative customer experiences by connecting insights, analytics, and creativity to influence product roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
This position is central to our success, requiring a systems-level thinker who can identify scalable opportunities across complex ecosystems while remaining grounded in customer needs and business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Shape Experience Strategy : Use data-driven insights, user research, and innovative thinking to define and implement experience strategies across platforms and initiatives.
- Identify Opportunities : Connect the dots across systems and teams to uncover friction points, streamline customer journeys, and drive scalable, sustainable solutions.
- Lead Customer-Centric Initiatives : Operationalize customer insights to improve the end-to-end customer experience, delivering measurable business outcomes through enhanced email campaigns, website personalization strategies, and user-focused design.
- Drive Foundational Research : Develop and lead a foundational research strategy that uncovers moments of truth within the customer journey while aligning cross-functional stakeholders around key insights.
- Hands-On Research Expertise : Design, plan, and facilitate diverse research efforts to support design objectives, translating findings into actionable strategies for future-state experiences, including audience-driven email campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with internal teams to test and iterate on design solutions across a variety of platforms, including desktop applications, immersive headsets, mobile platforms, and email marketing tools.
- Communicate Vision Effectively : Serve as an excellent storyteller who can simplify complex concepts, inspiring enthusiasm and alignment around proposed future-state experiences.
- Data Visualization : Support teams buy building visuals, journeys, maps, flows that can communicate complex technical concepts and serve as tools for Development.
