Job Description
To park and return guests vehicles promptly, courteously and safely.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions :
- Park guest’s vehicles
- Greet and welcome guests to the Hotel
- Display ability to provide directions to guests
- Display ability to manage high guest flow while operating vehicles in safe and careful manner
- Retrieve guest’s vehicles
- Assist guests with luggage when necessary
- Assist Bell staff when needed
- Complete Daily Valet Log
- Display ability to complete vehicle inspection and vehicle tagging
- Accept other special duties as required by management
- Demonstrate knowledge of Bell staff functions to assist during peak operations
- Display the ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions
- Display ability to provide guests with local and hotel activities and information
- Demonstrate proper Omni phone answering standards
