The Café Attendant / Barista is responsible for serving the coffees, pastry, foods, wines and any other food or beverage available at the café while maintaining a high level of professionalism and cleanliness.

Starting pay $16 per hour.  All employees of the Alfond Inn are subject to a background check.

Skills Required :

Provide high-level customer service, communicate effectively with guests and team members, follow instructions, ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure when working under pressure.

Experience / Education :

One year of hospitality, barista or restaurant experience preferred. High School diploma and / or equivalent work experience.
