Job descriptionHigh School Diploma or GED required. 1 year of related experience preferred. Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record; must have at least 1 year as a licensed driver and be 21 years old. Ability to work outdoors in extreme conditions such as heat, cold, and rain. Ability to stand for extended periods. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Able to solve problems, display good judgment, and pay attention to detail. Pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record, and drug screen required.

Location : Village of River Oaks, an Independent and Assisted Living senior community with Memory Care
Pay Rate : $15.00 / hr.
Schedule : Saturday & Sunday
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles.
- Ensure smooth and safe traffic flow in the driveway area.
- Help residents and guests get in and out of vehicles safely.
- Properly label, track, and return vehicle keys to their owners.
- Assist residents and guests with their belongings.
- Help residents with mobility devices as needed.
- Observe all traffic laws and practice safe driving techniques.
- Immediately report any accidents or vehicle damage to the Executive Director or Manager on Duty.
- Assist the concierge with resident deliveries.
- Maintain a safe driving record that meets company guidelines and insurance requirements.
- Report any potentially unsafe conditions to the Executive Director.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Maintain a professional appearance and good personal hygiene as per company policies.
