Regular work in a people-friendly environment.
- Manage garage activity
- Facilitate resident and guest parking
- Assist with loading / unloading
- Handle tracking and set up delivery of packages for residents
- Manage cleanliness and accessibility for the garage office area
- Cooperate with concierge and other staff to ensure the safety of the garage and building
- Familiarity with computers and online software a plus;
Training available. Driver's license and excellent driving record important.
