Holcim is planning to spin-off its North American Business to unleash its full potential, capitalizing on North America's oversized growth in construction led by the modernization of infrastructure, a surge in advanced manufacturing and AI operation and the growth of resilient cities.
Holcim plans to list the new company on the NYSE by the end of the first half of 2025 and establish its operations headquarters in the US to be fully dedicated to serving the North American market and pursue a growth strategy across the region.
The newly listed company will become North America's leading building solutions company, with industry-leading market position to meet its customers' greatest ambitions with the most advanced building solutions from foundation to rooftop.
Description : ABOUT THE ROLE
Coordinates all aspects of operations analysis, KPI generation and trend assessment. Responsible for
ensuring that all production, shipping, cost, quality, and safety goals are tracked, analyzed and reported.
Reviews production schedules, assesses work force requirements, and monitors production performance.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Assist all Site Managers in data analysis, data mining and comprehension; Establish and monitor production plans; Maintain accurate cost and inventory data; Calculate and analyze all productivity, delivery and material data
- Assist in the development and analysis of capital investment projects
- Other duties as assigned by the ready mix division's managment team
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education : Bachelor's degree or Degree complete or in progres. years of equivalent experience.
Required Work Experience : Entry level position
Required Computer and Software Skills : Basic computer experience
Travel Requirements : Must be willing to travel to sites if needed
