Quality Control Analyst

We are looking for a reliable Quality Control Analyst to ensure that all quality testing requirements for production of chemical reference materials are met before our high-quality product reaches our customers. You will be responsible for performing various tests on candidate reference materials, using techniques such as Gas Chromatography (GC-FID & GC-MS), HPLC, FTIR, pH-testing, UV absorption testing and alike. An excellent Quality Control Analyst is highly experienced in various instrumental and wet chemical testing methods and passionate about top quality products. The goal is to assure the high quality of our operations and services aiming to the long-term success of our business.

Responsibilities

• Inspect candidate reference materials for pre-defined acceptance criteria Perform HPLC, GC, UV, FT-IR and similar instrumental QC tests
• Perform titrations, pH-tests and other wet-chemistry tests
• Document results in lab notebooks and ERP systems
• Perform Proficiency Tests to demonstrate the lab competence
• Support writing standards operating procedures and method documentations
• Handle all non-conformities and corrective actions
• Communicate with external quality assurance officers and assessors during on-site inspections
