Position Summary
Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to :
- Pull sales reports, filter, and compile data for morning meetings.
- Audit the third party vendor pages for accuracy and compliance.
- Submit menu updates to third party vendors.
- Investigate and resolve third party vendor related issues.
- Create and manage promotions, dispute order errors and respond to reviews in the third party vendor portals.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships through meaningful interactions with owner / operators and vendors.
- Enroll stores with the third party vendors.
- Assist with third party integrations for new and current stores.
- Assist in setting up first party online ordering for store locations.
- Complete vendor enrollments.
- Track and communicate onboarding and implementation status.
