  • Monitor vendor performance, ensuring timely deliveries and consistent product quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and maintain adequate inventory levels.
  • Resolve any supply issues, delivery delays, or discrepancies.
  • Verify all vendor invoices for accuracy, ensuring pricing matches purchase orders, contracts, and approved quotes.
  • Work closely with accounting and finance teams to resolve invoicing or billing discrepancies.
  • Approve or escalate invoices as needed.
  • Analyze supply chain workflows and identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and minimize errors.
  • Implement best practices in procurement and vendor management.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, pricing agreements, and supplier performance.
  • Supervise Procurement Specialist (oversee workflow, review and be responsible for quality of work product, provide training and feedback, ensure productivity and compliance, etc.)
  • Other duties and projects, as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing invoices and pricing.
  • Proficient in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel required).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
