Your direct responsibility will be managing performance of a product portfolio in a space where traditional office products intersect with emerging technologies and hybrid work solutions. Day-to-day tasks include developing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, determining promotional strategy, developing marketing programs, inventory management, product launches, and conducting detailed analyses to identify growth opportunities driving sales and margin improvements. You will create best-in-class customer experiences and play a critical role in managing strategic brands to drive profitability and topline performance in a category that demands innovative solutions to maintain growth.

This position sits within the general management career path at Amazon, offering advancement opportunities into various leadership roles including marketing / merchandising, vendor management, product management, and inventory management. Basic Qualifications

1+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience

Bachelor's degree

Experience using Excel and other business analytic tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with software and editing tools (including HTML, Excel and SQL)

Experience in online retail

Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics, SQL or HTML

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $48,300 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $103,400 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
