Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Representative at Capital Gurus in Las Vegas, NV. As a Business Development Representative you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth. Your role will involve proactive outreach, conducting market research, and presenting our solutions to potential customers.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to effectively pitch products / services
- Experience in business development, sales, or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of financial services and capital solutions is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software (specifically Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
