Job descriptionManage, hire, mentor, and drive performance of Clinic Leaders Ensure a positive client experience at clinics and step in to help with negative client situations Lead our efforts to develop fantastic relationships with Care Partners (referring hospitals) and regularly interface with them to ensure we continue to earn their referrals Partner with the Marketing Team to drive growth at each clinic and ensure the clinics are supported with both company and clinic-level marketing initiatives Manage and drive financial performance across clinics, which includes budget tracking, KPI tracking, and clinic-level people initiatives to improve performance Help set clinic-level goals that align with Truss Vet goals in partnership with PMs / MDs Assist with clinic recruiting and ongoing people management and onboarding needs Assist PMs and MDs with human resource issues and situations Ensure medical excellence across clinics in partnership with the Chief Medical Officer Lead and drive team training initiatives to ensure growth and development of nursing teams Ensure SOPs and Truss Vet best practices are being followed across clinics Collaborate with Director of Operations and CEO to find opportunities for workflow improvements within the clinics Spend regular time in each clinic with teams (at least 75% of week should be in-clinic) Someone would describe you as proactive, detail-oriented, timely, organized, productive, analytical... and still a people person! Regional Operations Manager Overview
As a Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee our clinics and support our teams as they continue to grow and provide excellent veterinary urgent care. Your entire focus will be on making our clinics great, which will involve :
