Job description

Position Overview :

  • The President will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, and driving growth and profitability.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the health and wellness industry, with a proven track record of leading private equity-backed companies.
  • The President will work closely with the Board of Directors to develop and execute the company's strategic vision, ensuring the achievement of business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement the company's strategic vision and long-term growth plans in alignment with the Board of Directors.
  • Operational Oversight :

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across the fitness, massage, and waxing sectors, ensuring high standards of service, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Financial Management :

  • Manage the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure sustained growth and profitability.
  • Business Development :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies to drive growth.
  • Team Leadership :

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the executive team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
  • Customer Experience :

  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences across all service offerings, maintaining the highest standards of quality and satisfaction.
  • Compliance :

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining a safe and ethical business environment.
  • Stakeholder Relations :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, board members, key stakeholders, and partners.
  • Brand Management :

  • Enhance and protect the company's brand reputation through effective marketing, public relations, and community engagement strategies.
  • Innovation :

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, incorporating best practices and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a President, COO, CEO or in a senior executive leadership role within the health and wellness industry, preferably in the fitness, massage, or waxing sectors.
  • Experience with private equity-backed companies is highly desirable.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business development skills.
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience managing P&L responsibilities.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the health and wellness industry.
