About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire an AV manager to join the Corporate Services team. This is a pivotal role responsible for the strategic oversight & operational management of audiovisual technologies across the organization. This individual will lead a team to support, maintain, & innovate AV solutions that enhance global communication & collaboration, ensuring seamless AV experiences for all stakeholders. The role demands a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, & a forward-thinking approach to keep pace with evolving AV trends & technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction & leadership for the global AV team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals & effective communication across different regions.
• Design & maintain a robust AV infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, & performance across all company locations.
• Establish & maintain relationships with AV vendors & service providers, negotiating contracts & ensuring the best value for the company.
• Oversee the AV budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or performance.
• Stay abreast of the latest AV technologies & trends, proposing & implementing innovative solutions to improve company-wide communication & collaboration.
• Recruit, train, & mentor AV staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning & improvement. This support team needs to scale the companys growth trajectory.

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $175,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, & an annual performance bonus.
