The VP of Marketing will oversee all marketing initiatives, including SEO, PR, influencer partnerships, content marketing, and performance media strategies, and will be tasked with P&L management, KPI establishment, and cross-functional collaboration to align marketing efforts with inventory planning and supply chain management. Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' marketing experience, with a strong background in brand building, digital marketing, acquisition, retention, and creative direction. Technical expertise in tools such as Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, MTA software, GA4, and Excel / Google Sheets is essential. The role requires a leader with excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to mentor and manage a high-performing marketing team.
