The Company is seeking a VP, Operations to lead a transformative initiative in customer and partner support services. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing operational strategies to achieve key performance and scalability goals. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence across contact center, claims administration, and quality assurance departments, with a focus on personalizing the customer journey and ensuring a best-in-class experience. The VP, Operations will oversee and lead various operational functions, including omni-channel inbound customer service and sales, claims intake and adjudication, quality assurance programs, and third-party vendor management. They will also be tasked with maintaining operational excellence, managing relationships with external clients and partners, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve the company's goals.
Applicants for the VP, Operations role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years' of progressive experience in operations management, with a strong background in contact center, claims, quality assurance, and vendor management.
