Envision RadiologyColorado Springs, CO, United StatesEnvision Radiology is adding a Vice President of Marketing to the team!Monday - Friday / 40 hours a week | Position Pay Range : $181,150 - $226,450The ideal candidate should be able to easily commute to our Colorado Springs Corporate Office location. Opportunity for additional, discretionary bonus available. Summary / Objective : The Vice President of Marketing will lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy to position the company as a leader in medical imaging, ensuring alignment with company goals to drive revenue growth, enhance patient and provider engagement, and boost brand visibility. The Vice President of Marketing will champion the company vision both internally and externally, collaborating with the executive team to provide strategic insight, financial acumen, and innovation, while fostering a high-performance culture by developing future leaders, promoting collaboration, and reinforcing core company values.Essential Functions1. Leads cross-functional initiatives integrating sales, operations, clinical, and IT teams to align marketing with company objectives.2. Designs marketing campaigns addressing the full patient and provider lifecycle, improving overall experience.3. Represents marketing on the executive team, aligning initiatives with broader company goals and vision.4. Communicates confidently and effectively with executives, stakeholders, and partners to influence strategic initiatives.5. Develops a 3-5 year marketing roadmap supporting company and regional growth including new centers and markets.6. Fosters a culture of accountability and responsibility within the marketing team and cross-functional collaborations.7. Differentiates the company in the competitive healthcare market by highlighting its unique value proposition.8. Leads the development of an emotionally resonant brand narrative connecting with diverse audiences.9. Champions data-driven decision-making, using advanced analytics tools to measure campaign success and ROI.10. Utilizes insights from market data, competitive analysis, and feedback to shape marketing strategies.11. Sets clear KPIs, delivers performance updates to the executive team, ensuring transparency and accountability.12. Builds relationships with key providers, engaging them as advocates in marketing initiatives.13. Positions the company as a trusted community resource, leading outreach to local organizations and advocacy groups.14. Implements cutting-edge marketing technologies, such as CRM optimization and personalized outreach tools.15. Mentors senior marketing leaders and builds a talent pipeline to ensure team resilience and growth.16. Understands healthcare marketing trends, ensuring the company leverages opportunities like telehealth promotion, social media campaigns, and educational content for patients.17. - 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in aligning marketing strategy with corporate goals to achieve sustained revenue growth.
- Proven ability to lead through change and drive results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in new market launches and brand-building campaigns.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing marketing budgets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing C-suite executives and stakeholders.
- Passion for developing people including leaders in building high-performing teamsEducation / Certifications :
