As an Assistant Director of Campus Operations (ADCO), you will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Deaconess.
Job Overview:
This role primarily serves to coordinate patient care activities between all departments and campuses through direct communication with staff and leadership. The ADCO assists in the coordination of hospital operations with assuring regulatory, quality and safety priorities are identified along with standards of care and practice requirements be met. The Assistant Director of Campus Operations (ADCO) will be the administrator designee in charge of hospital operations in the absence of the administrator on call and until the administrator on call is contacted. The ADCO contributes to, follows, and supports Administration, and operations across campuses. Actively demonstrates commitment to the hospital mission statement, goals, Deaconess First Standards and policies and procedures.
