WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Vice President of Sales, you will lead the charge in building high-performing, high-volume sales teams and developing well-defined sales plans to drive new logo ARR. You plan ahead to deliver in the moment, with well-managed and well-trained sales teams running high value processes with an average of 100 SMB’s monthly, growing 25% annually.
Master and and meet the needs of SMB’s with our product offering. Drive excellence in demonstrating value in a high volume sales process (1000 opportunities annually).
Lead and cultivate a high-performing sales culture. Build, coach, and mentor 3-4 sales teams for high productivity and high value add processes to hit revenue targets.
Be a player to be a great coach. Work alongside sales teams to win deals and teach, particularly focusing on large accounts, while directly contributing to achieving team quotas.
Be both - quality and volume. Drive sales execution to enhance critical thinking, collaboration, and deal strategy.
Plan and Execute. Improve forecasting and medium term execution to hit critical top of funnel metrics and conversion rates.
Prepare for future growth. In collaboration with the CSO, develop staffing, planning, and training initiatives to enter each new quarter or year, well prepared to win.
WHAT YOU BRING
10+ years of sales leadership experience, including managing multi-team sales organizations in high-growth environments.
Proven track record of scaling sales teams and achieving aggressive revenue targets in a B2B / SMB-focused business.
Successful sales team planning initiatives that increased close rates, enhance proposal effectiveness, and improve competitive positioning.
Strong leadership and coaching ability, with demonstrated success in mentoring and developing sales managers and reps.
Background in consultative sales, business development, or account management, with deep expertise in solving client pain points and building long-term relationships.
Data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in using sales analytics, CRM tools, and forecasting techniques.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally, aligning sales with marketing, product, and customer success to drive holistic growth

SUCCESS IN YOUR FIRST 12 MONTHS
Deep understanding of our company and the market landscape including our products and services as well as our value proposition
Assess the talent, culture, and processes of the team. Put together a very strong assessment of gaps and strengths.
Focus on quality conversion - drive high value sales process improvement in large and mid deal segments. Be hands on and deeply engaged to learn and coach.
Improve sales planning process for next quarter execution.
Establish collaborative relationships with the Executive team and key contributors with the organization that improve sales and onboarding effectiveness
Deliver early sales wins to build credibility and demonstrate leadership

Competitive Pay & Benefits : We believe in recognizing and rewarding your hard work with competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a commitment to your well-being. The base pay range for this role is $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year. In addition this role is eligible for variable compensation and equity.
