    • About the Role

    The Company is actively seeking a dynamic VP of Accounting and Financial Reporting to lead our financial management efforts. In this critical role, you'll oversee a range of responsibilities, including external reporting, regulatory compliance (SEC & BaFin), SOX compliance, technical accounting, and corporate operational reporting. As a key business partner to the Chief Financial Officer and the Executive Leadership Team, you'll ensure that both external and internal reporting meets the highest standards of U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements. You will lead our global accounting team, effectively collaborate with external auditors, and provide strategic financial insights to drive the company's objectives forward.

    Key Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting.
  • CPA certification is required.
  • At least 10 years of progressive accounting management experience, including previous roles as a Corporate Controller for a U.S. public company.
  • Strong understanding of SEC filing requirements and U.S. GAAP.
  • Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 controls.
  • A proven track record of leading and inspiring a global staff.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Intermediate knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems, preferably SAP.
  • A Master's degree, Big 4 accounting or audit experience, and international accounting experience are preferred.
