Job Description
Responsible for supporting organizational communications, department, and company goals by generating visual content for print media, digital publications, video content, web pages and collateral materials for Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in media production, film, communications, marketing, or a related field required.
3–5 years of professional experience in videography, video editing, digital media, or related fields required.
Proficiency in video production tools and techniques, including filming, lighting, audio capture, and editing workflows.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other video editing and motion graphics applications.
Ability to film, edit, and produce high-quality videos for multiple platforms (web, social media, commercials, training).
Experience with camera operation, lighting setups, and audio equipment for both studio and field environments.
Familiarity with color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to create polished, professional content.
Strong storytelling ability, with a creative eye for framing, pacing, and visual composition.
Project management skills to handle multiple video projects from concept to delivery on tight deadlines.
Ability to collaborate with staff, residents, and stakeholders to capture authentic stories and translate them into compelling video narratives.
Understanding of how video content performs across digital channels, including social media optimization and trends.
Creative flair, originality, and a strong visual sense, with confidence to present and explain ideas to team members.
Photography skills and experience in graphic design a plus.
Bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand / eye coordination, pushing / pulling, prolonged sitting / standing.
Proficiency with general office equipment required.
Must possess exceptional time management and attention to detail.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Must be available for travel as needed.
