The ideal candidate is a Senior Support Specialist with a strong technical background, particularly in software and application support. This role is critical in supporting the U.S. rollout of a newly acquired video platform, with a strong emphasis on ensuring seamless software performance. Experience with video management systems and AI technologies is highly desirable to excel in this role.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in software and application support, specifically with video platforms in a security environment.
- Expertise in Linux (Red Hat), Windows Server 2010, and IP camera technologies.
- Proficiency in networking protocols, including TCP / IP, DNS, and VPNs.
- Experience troubleshooting cloud connectivity issues and integrating IoT devices.
- Ability to interface with external customers and partners to address technical issues effectively.
