A company is looking for a Senior Roblox Game Designer to create engaging UGC games and interactive experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine creative vision and design gameplay systems to enhance player engagement and monetizationCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive execution of design vision and mentor a growing design teamArchitect live ops systems and optimize monetization strategies based on player behavior and analyticsRequired Qualifications5+ years of full-cycle game design experience, preferably in UGC or mobile environmentsExpertise in gameplay system design, monetization strategies, and live ops managementStrong understanding of player behavior and ability to craft engaging player experiencesExperience with Roblox development pipelines and monetization systems is highly preferredSelf-starter mentality with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
