The Quality Control Technician, Video 2 Performs duties to pull, stage, set up, test, and prepare audio visual product for shipment, and is responsible for inventory control / quality control functions to assure equipment availability for production to meet order fulfillment.

Essential functions may include, but are not limited to :

• Load trucks as directed, assisting in position cases to ensure proper balancing of loads to avoid shifting and damaging in transit.
• Visually examine components to determine obvious requirements for cleaning, repair, or other preparation to meet with quality standards.
• Make minor cosmetic repairs including the routine leaning and replacement of labels.
• Assist in building of system racks based on order requirements.
• Check the condition of the cases and ensure that all components of shipping cases are operable. Make basic repairs to cases including the cutting and position of foam or blocking structures to meet product-shipping requirements.
• Receive and review rental reservations and show orders. Gather information and record required data on manifests. Visually check orders to ensure that all ancillary elements required are included with the order and to identify and report on cosmetic discrepancies. Locate missing elemnets of orders and ensure that orders are complete. Report the need for repairs identified from visual inspection and functional test to meet requirements of customer order and replicate show conditions.
• Organize, clean and maintain warehouse storage of inventory to include coded binning system for the proper safe storage of equipment. Assists with the design and location of equipment storage to enhance work effectiveness.

Base Salary Range : $17.95 / hr - $21.63 / hr This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
