We are looking for a Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our members and the public handling inquiries addressing concerns and offering assistance. Youll play a vital part in ensuring our members receive accurate information and a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities :
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone email and chat with professionalism and clarity.
Provide information on our services events and membership options.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to website access and membership accounts.
Accurately update and manage customer information in our CRM system.
Process orders requests and membership renewals efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service.
Suggest improvements to enhance customer service and member experience.
Qualifications :
At least 1 year of experience in customer service preferably in a virtual setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM software and virtual communication tools.
Problemsolving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Selfmotivated able to work independently and comfortable in a remote team environment.
Interest in education and science is a plus.
Compensation :
Hourly rate : $18 $22 based on experience.
