What You’ll Do

You don’t need prior experience—we’ll teach you everything you need to know!

Your day-to-day will include :

Greeting customers and getting them excited about working with us

Helping schedule service appointments (super easy—we’ll train you!)

Creating repair orders, quotes, and invoices

Keeping customers updated with friendly, clear communication

Logging customer concerns for our tech team

Learning how to recommend helpful service work, accessories, and upgrades

Making sure the service department runs smoothly and on time
